Our implementation specialist position focuses exclusively on on-boarding new clients while providing excellent client/advisor service. Our implementation specialist position is supported by a strong sales group, plan document team, and compliance department.

We have a nationally recognized sales team allowing us to grow continuously and provide advancement opportunities for our professionals.Job Responsibilities:Provide excellent client/advisor experience during the implementation phase of their planRequest and coordinate collection of data such as census information, plan documents, prior compliance testing, and IRS forms from clients and outside professionalsAct as a liaison between clients, advisors, and platform providers during the implementation phase of the planReview plan adoption agreements and complete plan provision paperwork for the various platform providersAssist clients with plan provision inquiries to ensure a basic understanding of plan operationParticipate in weekly calls with clients, financial professionals, and platform providers to manage plan timelinesSet-up internal systems, and load information into our compliance softwarePerform work according to Nova policies and proceduresQualifications:Five or more years of retirement plan implementation/onboarding experience Ability to manage workload towards weekly goals in a “results only” environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-taskHigh level of critical thinkingCoachable and committed to professional development; industry credentials are an added bonusCompensation and Benefits:Base Salary $70,000-$85,000Salaried, non-exemptMedical, dental, disability, and life insurancePaid time off401(k) plan with employer matchWork Location/Hours:Work from homeMust work from USA and be authorized to work for any US employerWe will supply all necessary computer equipment40-hour work week We get it.
