If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and join a team that's reshaping autism therapy, we’d love to hear from you! **Why this role matters:** The Vice President of Health Plan Partnerships is a critical component of AnswersNow’s mission to be the leading solution for high\-quality, virtual Autism therapy in the United States, and will be instrumental in executing on the company’s strategy. The role will be responsible for developing, pursuing, and closing new health plan contracts to drive sustainable revenue growth for AnswersNow in line with the company’s national expansion strategy. The VP, Health Plan Partnerships will bring a deep understanding of the health plan market and landscape, a proven track record in closing complex B2B health plan sales, negotiating contracts, and expertise in value\-based care (VBC), positioning AnswersNow as the preferred ABA partner for health plans. This role will report to the Senior Vice President, Health Plan Partnerships. **Job Details** * W2 Employee * Full\-Time * 100% Remote **Job Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related experience. * 5\+ years of proven track record of success in business development, sales, and revenue creation within the healthcare payer business, with emphasis on Medicaid and Commercial lines of business. * Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and measurable results. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. * Passion for healthcare innovation and a commitment to improving access to high\-quality, personalized healthcare solutions. * Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment and navigate ambiguity with resilience and agility. **Nice to have:** ----------------- * Masters\-level degree business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (MBA/MHA preferred). * 10\+ years of proven track record of success in business development, sales, and revenue creation within the healthcare payer business. * Subject matter expertise in Behavioral Health or Applied Behavioral Analysis domains. **What You’ll Do** * Build and manage a robust pipeline of target health plan accounts through di
