Here you’ll have the opportunity to help manage the day-to-day operations, interface with our partners, and help make a difference on how our program operates.Your Success ProfileWhat You Will Work OnExecute day-to-day operations as part of the Justworks Benefit, including:Conduct recurring daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly audits of system data and data from our partnersOversee daily incoming and outgoing file feeds to ensure the timely sharing of dataCollaborate with team leads to triage any system bug investigation and own end to end remediation with engineeringCommunicate with our partner to relay issues and findings of auditsMaintain partner and internal partner SLAsAssist the Sr. Analyst with completing regular billing and invoicing of contributions for our Benefit PartnersWork with internal stakeholders including Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance and external stakeholders including Benefit Partners when necessary to resolve escalated issuesOwn or assist the Sr. Analyst with any system bug investigation and remediationGather and analyze customer benefits data and other sensitive information, utilizing SQL, Excel, and proprietary systemsIdentify and resolve errors and pain points in benefits operations using creative technical solutionsAssist with executing regular filings and/or any additional regulatory dutiesWork cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure systems and procedures are updated accordinglyTrack, analyze and report on regular KPIsCreate various operational tools and dashboards as neededPartner with other team members on various project work as neededQA any member data as neededIdentify pain points in benefit operations and work with our Product and Engineering teams to improve systems and resolve issuesAssist the Sr. Analyst in coordinating system implementation of new benefits features with Product and Engineering teamsHow You Will Do Your WorkAs an Analyst, how results are achieved is paramount for your success and ultimately result in our success as an organization.
