Most importantly, our exceptional employee retention rate reflects a culture of professional growth, mission focus, and dedication—ensuring long-term stability and expertise for our customers’ critical needs.Job SummaryThe Testing Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of test specialists supporting Quality Assurance (QA) and testing activities for REST APIs and enterprise software applicationsThis role oversees the planning, execution, and reporting of testing efforts to ensure systems meet functional, performance, and operational requirementsThe Testing Manager collaborates with developers, engineers, DevOps teams, and stakeholders within an Agile environment to support successful delivery of secure, reliable, and high-performing applications, including Low-Code/No-Code solutions within the ServiceNow platformPrimary ResponsibilitiesLead a team of test specialists and QA personnel supporting software and API testing effortsPlan, coordinate, and manage test programs and QA activities across multiple projects and development cyclesDevelop and execute system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, and performance testing strategiesOversee testing of REST APIs and ServiceNow platform integrations, supporting Low-Code/No-Code application developmentCollaborate with development, engineering, operations, and DevOps teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the software lifecycleAnalyze system behavior, identify defects or performance issues, and provide actionable recommendations for resolutionEvaluate output data and system performance against documented requirements and acceptance criteriaSupport and maintain test automation and CI/CD integration using tools such as Jenkins, Git, and GitHubCoordinate defect tracking, test reporting, and quality metrics to provide visibility into testing progress and risksInterface with clients and stakeholders to communicate testing results, risks, and quality statusApply advanced testing methodologies to address system limitations, integration challenges, and operational constraintsSupport continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and testing standardsRequired QualificationsMinimum of five (5) years of experience in software testing or quality assuranceExperience testing software applications, including:System testingRegression testingAcceptance testingEnd-to-end testingPerformance testingExperience working within an Agile development environmentExperience testing and supporting REST APIsExperience with ServiceNow APIs and Low-Code/No-Code platformsKnowledge of System Operations, Engineering, and DevOps integrationExperience with Jenkins, Git, and GitHubExperience leading teams and managing testing programs and QA effortsRelevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authorityMust possess an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive clearance or Tier 3 (T3) Desired QualificationsExperience with API management/integration platforms such as MuleSoftExperience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelinesStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skillsExperience supporting federal or enterprise-scale IT environmentsExempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans.
