Job Description

**Location: Remote (must be located in East Coast/Central time zone) / proximity to MA a bonus)** **35\-40 hours/week but may fluctuate** **Duration: Late April \- October/Nov 2026** **Compensation Range: $45 \- 55 per hour** Our Saas client is looking to bring on a **Senior Copywriter.** They aren't looking for a "corporate" writer to fill a seat; they're looking for a witty, snappy, and strategically\-minded Senior Copywriter to join their Brand Activation Team. This isn't about dry thought leadership or 30\-page whitepapers (they have a content team for that). This is about advertising. You will be the voice of the brand across digital and physical channels, turning "complex" B2B concepts into human, arresting, and memorable creative. * Full\-Time Employees go onsite 2\-3x per week, so if there is a possibility of permanent conversion, the talent must be local. Talent not local are welcome to apply, but will not be eligible for conversion to permanent if the opportunity arises. **Responsibilities:** * The Snappy Stuff: Write high\-performing copy for paid media, social, and email campaigns that stops the scroll. * The "Fun" Direct Mail: Collaborate on high\-end, custom dimensional mailers (think custom boxes and $200\+ per\-piece kits) that executives actually want to open. * Web \& Digital: Craft landing pages and web copy that balances brand personality with conversion\-driven UX. * Collaboration: Work daily with a team of 13\+ creatives, including Art Directors, Web Designers, and Animators. * Figma Flow: Jump into Figma to tweak copy directly in layouts, ensuring the words and the design work in perfect harmony. **Qualifications:** * The "Boring Industry" Edge: You have a portfolio that proves you can make "unsexy" industries (SaaS, Finance, Insurance, or Tech) look and sound incredible. You know how to push the envelope within corporate and legal guardrails. * Agency Pedigree: You likely spent years in an agency environment. You're used to the pace, the standards, and the need for multiple "territories" of ideas. * Technical Comfort: You are "dangerous" in Figma (or willing to learn fast). You live in Asana and Slack to keep projects moving. * Experience: 7\-10 years of experience in copywriting with a heavy focus on brand and advertising. * Personality: You're a "front\-man" for your ideas but a "team player" in execution. No recluses\-they need someone who builds relationships quickly. * Portfolio Required: They want to see your "books." Show us your wit, your short\-form hits, and how you've handled "corporate cogs" in the past.
