Job Description

**Job Overview** Simpler Trading is building a fast\-paced fintech marketing operation requiring daily content delivery across email, video, and digital platforms. The Marketing Coordinator will be a key execution engine: laying out nightly newsletters, building campaigns, producing video content, and ensuring all marketing assets are properly uploaded and organized. You’ll work closely with copywriters, designers, media buyers, and leadership to support growth, user engagement, and brand consistency. This is a high\-accountability, execution\-first role. We move fast, our standards are high, and we need someone who takes full ownership of their work, follows documented processes precisely, and hits the ground running from day one — without needing to be micromanaged. **Core Responsibilities** **Email \& Newsletter Production** * Lay out and format nightly newsletters per brand standards, ensuring readability, deliverability, and cross\-device compatibility. * Build, test, and deploy email campaigns and automations using ActiveCampaign. * Create reusable email templates (e.g. newsletters, promotional blasts, onboarding flows). * Perform QA/testing — ensure emails render correctly on major inbox providers and devices. * Confirm that all scheduled emails are sent correctly and reach the intended audiences. * Troubleshoot issues related to email automations, deliverability, and platform functionality. **Email Performance \& Reporting** * Track and report on campaign and engagement performance using internal tracking systems. * Monitor which campaigns are currently active, how they are performing, and what upcoming initiatives need planning. * Maintain the email performance tracking documentation and dashboards. **Video Production \& Distribution** * Render nightly videos (e.g. summary videos, recaps, or content pieces) for inclusion in the nightly newsletter or other channels. * Upload all daily video sessions to their respective dashboards, portals, or content management systems. * Edit video content for multiple purposes: paid\-media ads, organic channels (e.g. YouTube), marketing assets, and website embeds. * Add branding, intros/outros, calls\-to\-action, captions/subtitles, and basic motion graphics as needed. **Content \& Asset Management** * Organize video, email, and creative assets with consistent naming conventions and folder structures. * Maintain shared drives, asset libraries, and dashboards, ensuring everything is properly archived and accessible. * Support marketing calendar planning and execution (newsletter schedule, content pipeline, video releases, promotions). * Coordinate campaign production timelines to meet nightly or frequent release deadlines. * Troubleshoot technical issues related to email rendering, video encoding, uploading, and dashboard integration. * Provide general marketing operations support: basic web updates, landing page swaps, replacing assets, etc. **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * 1–3\+ yea
