Marigold is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee with offices in Sydney and London. **The Role** We're looking for a detail\-oriented and curious Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing Revenue Operations team. In this entry\-level role, you'll help support the systems, processes, and data that power our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams. You'll gain hands\-on experience with Salesforce, reporting, marketing operations, partner programs, and renewal processes while working alongside experienced Revenue Operations professionals. What You'll Do * Support day\-to\-day Revenue Operations processes across Salesforce, Campaign Monitor, partner operations, and renewal workflows. * Maintain CRM data quality by assisting with account hierarchy management, duplicate resolution, account maintenance, and other data hygiene initiatives. * Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide visibility into campaigns, pipeline, partner performance, renewals, and operational metrics. * Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Partner, and Revenue Operations teams to troubleshoot operational issues and ensure processes run efficiently. * Assist with documenting operational processes and identifying opportunities to improve workflows, data quality, and team efficiency. * Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives that help scale the Revenue Operations function. **About You** You're organized, analytical, and eager to learn. You enjoy working with data, solving problems, and finding ways to make processes more efficient. You're comfortable collaborating with cross\-functional teams and are excited to build a career in Revenue Operations. **Ideal Qualifications** * 1–3 years of professional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Operations, business operations, or a related role, including internships or equivalent experience. * Working knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM platform. * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate, high\-quality data. * Experience using spreadsheets, reports, or business systems to organize and analyze information. * Strong organizational, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. **Nice to Have** * Experience supporting Salesforce data management, account hierarchies, or data quality initiatives
