You have no problem getting the information you need across time zones and through different product teams, and your persistence is admired by your colleagues.**What You'll Be Doing*** Writing, editing, and maintaining user\-facing documentation for Synopsys EDA and IP products, including installation guides, user manuals, release notes, API references, and tutorials * Collaborating directly with software engineers, product managers, and release teams to understand product changes, new features, and technical workflows * Determining the right format and delivery method for each piece of content, whether that's structured DITA topics, video tutorials, interactive walkthroughs, or embedded help * Revising and updating existing documentation based on product changes, customer feedback and internal reviews, ensuring accuracy and consistency across releases * Using tools like MadCap Flare, oXygen XML Editor, SnagIt, and Camtasia to author, version, and publish content * Reviewing and testing product functionality hands\-on to ensure your documentation matches what users experience * Tracking documentation deliverables across multiple product releases, coordinating with cross\-functional teams to meet deadlines and quality standards **The Impact You'll Have*** Engineers and customers will onboard faster and hit fewer roadblocks because your documentation anticipates their questions and guides them through complex workflows * Product adoption will improve as users find the answers they need without escalating to support * Release cycles will run smoother because your documentation is ready when the product ships * Internal teams will spend less time answering the same questions because you've documented the answers and made them easy to find * Documentation quality and consistency will improve across the product portfolio as you establ
