Join our team as a passionate Integration Support Engineer to support and innovate within our Technology & Development organization!What You'll Do:Provide timely and efficient support for day-to-day inquiries and service requests from our clientsTrack, monitor, and follow up on reported bugs, glitches, and technical issues to ensure prompt resolution and minimal disruptionContinuously improve processes, procedures, and tools used in client support to increase efficiency and customer satisfactionResolve basic technical tasks and inquiries independently while escalating more complex issues to appropriate teamsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and effective issue resolution in a fast-paced gaming environmentWho You Are:You have proficiency in English at minimum B2 level, both written and spokenYou have a strong customer-centric mindset and genuinely enjoy helping othersYou communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically across different channelsYou possess solid problem-solving skills and can troubleshoot issues effectively, often in real timeYou are comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teamsYou are adaptable and flexible, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 gaming environmentYou manage your time well and can prioritize tasks efficientlyYou demonstrate empathy, patience, and resilience, especially in high-pressure situationsYou are committed to continuous learning and professional developmentYou have a basic understanding of technology, including:Unix systemsMySQL (used heavily in day-to-day work)REST APIsHTTPJavaScriptYou are comfortable working with MS Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook)Extra Points For:Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and online gaming operationsFamiliarity with technical terminology related to account management, gameplay, and technical troubleshootingPrevious experience as a gamer or strong interest in video games and gaming platformsAny prior experience working with iGaming companiesEqual Opportunity:We are an equal opportunity employer.
