ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a Head of Client Success & Sales to own and scale all client-facing functions across our staffing business. This role will be responsible for both acquiring new clients and managing existing client relationships, ensuring a high-quality experience from initial outreach through long-term retention. This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue growth while serving as the primary point of contact for all clients. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing client relationships and can effectively navigate challenging interactions while consistently maintaining a professional demeanor.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESNew Client Acquisition (Sales)Own the end-to-end sales process, from outbound prospecting to closing new clientsIdentify and target businesses that can benefit from offshore staffing solutionsConduct discovery calls, present service offerings, and handle objectionsDevelop and refine sales scripts, messaging, and outreach strategiesMaintain and manage pipeline in CRMClient Success & Account ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for all client communicationsManage onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experienceProactively communicate updates, gather feedback, and address client needsEnsure high client satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagementIdentify opportunities for upsells or additional placementsGrowth & StrategyOwn revenue targets across both new and existing clientsAnalyze performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and expansionWork closely with internal recruiting/operations teams to ensure client needs are metContinuously improve processes across sales and client success functionsQUALIFICATIONS5-7+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client success (preferably in staffing, recruiting, or a service-based business)Proven track record of closing deals and successfully acquiring new clientsProficient in managing client relationships and problem-solving client concernsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and prioritiesComfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentExperience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) preferredPrevious experience working the graveyard shiftBENEFITSCompetitive pay, always in US dollarsWork remotely from the comfort of your homeHealth & wellness benefitPaid holidays and time offPerformance and referral bonusesGlobal exposure to the world’s best companiesOriginally posted on Himalayas
