Job DescriptionThe HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer is a member of the HR Technology team and responsible for implementation and evolution of the ServiceNow HRSD platform. This role will be responsible for delivery of seamless and intelligent employee experiences using the ServiceNow HRSD platform. The developer works closely with People Services, HR Technology and IT stakeholders to implement scalable solutions and responsible for executing to the HRSD product roadmap, aligning with HR organization goals and helping maximize value from investments in ServiceNow, Workday HCM and Agentic AI platforms such as Moveworks. What You'll DoCustomize HRSD suite including HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Document Management, Employee Center Pro.Build and maintain HR Services, Case Types, Templates, Topic Categories, and Catalog Items.Develop flows and subflows using Flow Designer.Implement HR-specific components like Employee Document Management and HR Criteria. Create custom widgets, portals, or components as needed.Partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and create ServiceNow solutions and enhancement following best practices.Conduct demos and technical design walkthroughs.Collaborate with platform developers and architects across modules to ensure compliance and seamless functionality.Work with IT and other HRTO team members to integrate NOW HRSD with Workday HCM and other systems.Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications)3+ years of experience developing in ServiceNow, with at least 2 years focused on HRSD module development.Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model and platform architecture.Strong consulting and communication skills to engage stakeholders, ask the right questions, and simplify complex concepts.Agile/Scrum experience esp with Jira.Understanding of regional HR compliance and service variations.CompensationThe compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate.The salary range for this role is $105,600 – 140,700.
