We're seeking a transformational Vice President of Professional Services to build and lead our global professional services organization during a pivotal moment in our evolution. You'll create and scale a world-class team that delivers complex enterprise implementations spanning Order Visibility, Inventory Visibility, Transportation Management, and increasingly sophisticated AI-powered automation capabilities for Global 1000 companies.Your team will manage end-to-end implementations involving multi-system integrations (ERP, OMS, WMS, TMS, YMS), AI feature deployments, and comprehensive change management—breaking down enterprise silos to create unified supply chain visibility and intelligent decision-making. This includes leading a team of Implementation and Project Managers who orchestrate complete order-to-delivery transformations.This is a strategic leadership position reporting to the President of Product, Technology, and Operations, with accountability for service delivery excellence, team performance, and P&L outcomes. This reporting relationship ensures tight alignment between product capabilities, technical architecture, and service delivery execution—critical as we navigate the complexity of implementing AI-powered solutions alongside traditional enterprise integrations.What you'll be doing:Service Delivery & Financial PerformanceDrive time-to-value and value realization KPIs across complex enterprise implementations involving ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Manhattan), order management, inventory optimization, and AI-powered automationOwn P&L accountability for the professional services organization, balancing growth investment with operational efficiency as we scale both traditional and AI implementation capabilitiesEstablish delivery standards for multi-system integrations and AI deployments that consistently exceed customer expectations while maintaining healthy marginsPartner closely with Product and Engineering to translate implementation feedback into product enhancements and ensure service delivery readiness for new capabilitiesStrategic LeadershipBuild comprehensive services strategy covering traditional implementations (Order Visibility, Inventory Visibility, Transportation Management) and emerging AI capabilities (agentic automation, intelligent exception management, predictive optimization)Develop scalable delivery methodologies for complex enterprise transformations that span order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes across multiple supply chain systemsCollaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer journeys and create feedback loops that inform product roadmap prioritiesEstablish strategic partnerships with implementation partners and system integrators to extend delivery capacity across regions and technical domainsOrganizational DevelopmentBuild and scale specialized teams including Implementation Managers (orchestrating complete enterprise transformations), Integration Specialists (managing technical integrations), and Solution ArchitectsRecruit talent with diverse skill sets spanning supply chain domain expertise, enterprise ERP implementation experience, AI/ML technical capabilities, and change management proficiencyCreate career progression paths that reflect evolution from traditional implementations to AI-centric deploymentsFoster high-performance culture focused on customer outcomes, technical innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learningOperational ExcellenceImplement standardized delivery frameworks covering discovery, requirements, design, configuration, integration validation, UAT, training, go-live, and hypercare—adapted for both traditional and AI implementationsEstablish metrics measuring implementation success, AI adoption rates, data quality, integration performance, customer satisfaction, and business outcome attributionDrive continuous improvement based on project retrospectives, customer feedback, and evolving product capabilitiesCreate best practices for complex enterprise integrations, AI change management, multi-stakeholder coordination, and value realization reportingAbout the TeamThe Professional Services team sits at the center of FourKites’ enterprise transformation journey, partnering with Global 1000 customers to deliver end-to-end supply chain visibility and intelligent automation.
