Job Summary: Provides senior level support for Molina Physical Security enterprise applications. Responsible for executing and managing the applications that support physical security operations, emergency response, and health and safety across the Molina enterprise. Implements, supports and maintains Molina's business applications, analyzes system requirements and performs and/or coordinates system and regression testing for business applications.Essential Job DutiesCollaborates with third parties and in-field contractors for ongoing support and maintenance of applications. Oversee system commissioning and troubleshooting. Provides real-time technical guidance and serves as subject matter expert to ensure consistent installation standards. Program and configure security devices, including access control systems, and CCTV systems, intrusion detection and visitor management programs as designed and instructed by the Physical Security Governance Team. Serves as a technical subject matter expert for Physical Security, supports the business with go-lives, operation, maintenance, and enhancements to physical security systems.Meets with application owners/users to review upcoming trends, maintenance, system enhancements and support-related issues on a periodic basis. Liaises with stakeholders to ensure system strategy alignment and continuous delivery of enhancements to support growing business operations. Supports incident response and crisis management activities during disruptive events as needed. Provides training and guidance to the user community on the use of related applications. Provides guidance and assistance to service desk for issues involving applications. Evaluates system requirements and coordinates regression testing for business applications. Engages with the information technology (IT) infrastructure team for configurations and ongoing operations of applications. Develops and maintains system documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user training documents. Collaborates with information technology (IT) business analysts on new system requirements and solutions based on those requirements. Facilitates change management, training, and communication to the user community for applications. Ensures that the technical service catalog is kept up-to-date for existing and new applications. Provides regular status reports and develops metrics for business applications for reporting to leadership. May be required to work outside of normal business hours (nights, evenings, and weekends) if supporting activities in other Timezones or responding to emergencies. Required QualificationsAt least 5 years experience in physical security services and at least 3 years of experience as a field technician, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Comprehensive understanding of practices, principles, processes and tools related to physical security, risk management, health and safety, and emergency response. Business continuity/security systems/technology integration experience. Ability to create, run and analyze queries. Advanced data analysis and reporting experience. Understanding the flow of data, business processes, technical interfaces that would be created or impacted. Ability to meet and manage project delivery deadlines. Critical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Demonstrated ability to organize information and manage tasks and projects to support business needs. Ability to flexibly accept dynamically changing priorities. Strong project management experience/skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to present information to internal/external stakeholders. Microsoft Office suite (including advanced Excel), and applicable software program(s) proficiency. Familiarity with Avigilon, Lenel, Mercury panels Acre/Feenix, Bosch intrusion panels. Preferred QualificationsTechnical Certifications: Proficiency in security systems validated by manufacturer certifications (e.g., LenelS2, Genetec, Avigilon ACM, Bosch G-Series, Feenics, Axis, or AMAG Symmetry). Infrastructure & Trade Expertise: Hands-on experience validated by industry certifications (e.g., BICSI Installer 2, CompTIA Network+, ALOA CRL, or NICET) to ensure expertise in cabling, network connectivity, and physical hardware integration. Completion of an accredited trade school program in Electrical Systems, Low Voltage, or Security Systems Integration; alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or IT/Networking is accepted. In all cases, extensive, hands-on field experience in panel-level installation and troubleshooting is required.
