As the Unit Supervisor in the section, you will manage the bureau\-wide contracting, procurement, and contract performance management activities. In this role you will: * Serve as the lead for supporting, developing, and overseeing an accountable system of contract monitoring for the bureau’s contracts, including developing performance\-based outcomes. * Continually develop and update policies and procedures to ensure the contracting, procurement, and monitoring of the use of funding is done in an efficient, effective, and comprehensive manner. * Coordinate and implement tools and trainings for bureau staff on contracting, procurement, and performance management to ensure all staff have the necessary knowledge and support to be successful in their roles. * Oversee the bureau\-wide policies and procedures for the development of funding opportunities and re
