**Introduction** ---------------- The Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Care and Treatment Services (DCTS) is recruiting to fill a Contract and Procurement Unit Supervisor position within the Bureau of Prevention Treatment and Recovery (BPTR). BPTR promotes overall wellness through the management and support of community mental health and substance use services for people of all ages and backgrounds. We offer the option to work remotely up to 5 days per week but you will need to go to the office periodically for meetings, training, onboarding, and other operational needs. You can be headquartered at one of the central or regional office buildings throughout the state. As the Unit Supervisor in the section, you will manage the bureau\-wide contracting, procurement, and contract performance management activities. In this role you will: * Serve as the lead for supporting, developing, and overseeing an accountable system of contract monitoring for the bureau’s contracts, including developing performance\-based outcomes. * Continually develop and update policies and procedures to ensure the contracting, procurement, and monitoring of the use of funding is done in an efficient, effective, and comprehensive manner. * Coordinate and implement tools and trainings for bureau staff on contracting, procurement, and performance management to ensure all staff have the necessary knowledge and support to be successful in their roles. * Oversee the bureau\-wide policies and procedures for the development of funding opportunities and re
