**Remote Sales Representative — Wholesale \& Customer Growth** **Company:** Complete H2O Minerals **Location:** Remote **Job Type:** Part\-Time **Starting Pay:** $18 per hour plus commission **Schedule:** 10–15 hours per week to start, with opportunity for more hours based on performance **About Complete H2O Minerals** Complete H2O Minerals is a growing liquid mineral supplement manufacturer providing high\-quality mineral products to retail customers, wholesale accounts, wellness professionals, health food stores, clinics, and white\-label partners. We manufacture and sell a wide range of liquid mineral supplements and are expanding our wholesale, practitioner, and white\-label customer base. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and professional salesperson to help us reconnect with existing customers, acquire new customers, and onboard potential wholesale clients. **Position Overview** We are seeking a Remote Sales Representative to help grow Complete H2O Minerals by contacting existing customers, following up with past wholesale accounts, finding new business opportunities, and providing basic onboarding information to potential wholesale clients. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable making phone calls, sending emails, using social media, tracking leads, following up consistently, and building professional relationships with health\-focused businesses and practitioners. The right person will be self\-motivated, organized, friendly, persistent, and able to communicate clearly with customers and business owners. **Key Responsibilities** **Existing Customer Outreach** * Contact previous customers and wholesale accounts. * Reconnect with inactive customers. * Follow up with customers who have not ordered recently. * Encourage reorders from existing accounts. * Answer basic questions about products, wholesale ordering, and account setup. * Keep notes on customer needs, interests, and follow\-up dates. **New Customer Acquisition** * Research and identify potential new wholesale customers. * Contact health food stores, wellness centers, holistic clinics, chiropractors, naturopaths, nutritionists, functional medicine offices, spas, supplement stores, and other relevant businesses. * Introduce Complete H2O Minerals and explain our wholesale and white\-label opportunities. * Send product information, pricing sheets, sample kit information, and onboarding materials. * Follow up with prospects consistently until they either place an order, request more information, or decline. **Wholesale Client Onboarding** * Help new wholesale customers understand how to order. * Explain wholesale account setup. * Provide basic information about pricing, minimums, reorder options, payment options, and product availability. * Help guide new accounts to the correct order form, website login, or contact method. * Coordinate with internal team members when a customer needs additional support. **Social Media and Online Outreach** *
