**Overview**
The Marketing/Creative Director serves as the leader of all marketing, creative, content, and growth initiatives. This role owns the development and execution of the company's marketing strategy, customer acquisition strategy, content strategy, brand positioning, launch strategy, and creative vision across all channels.
The ideal candidate is both a visionary strategist and an exceptional operator \- someone who can think like a CMO, direct like a Creative Director, analyze like a Growth Marketer, and lead like an Executive.
You will oversee all aspects of:

* SEO \& Organic Growth

**Key Responsibilities**
**Executive Marketing Leadership**
* Develop and own the company's annual marketing strategy and growth roadmap.
* Establish marketing goals, KPIs, budgets, and forecasting models aligned with company revenue objectives.
* Partner closely with the Founder, CEO, VP, Project Manager, Programs Team, and Social Media Team.
* Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
* Drive strategic planning for product launches, evergreen funnels, events, retreats, certifications, and new business initiatives.
* Build scalable marketing systems, processes, and reporting structures.
**Creative Direction \& Brand Leadership**
* Serve as the creative steward of the brand across all customer touchpoints.
* Develop and maintain brand voice, messaging frameworks, visual identity, and creative standards.
* Lead creative concept development for launches, campaigns, promotions, products, events, and partnerships.
* Direct copywriters, designers, video editors, producers, photographers, and creative contractors.
