About the Role:

As a remote Warranty Support Specialist at Morley, you'll use your customer service expertise to help automotive dealerships handle warranty claims from start to finish. ***What You'll Do**** Identify improvements by analyzing expense and frequency trends
* Offer timely and accurate solutions for claim review
* Communicate with internal and external partners through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

* Chat hours:
+ M\-F 8 a.m. \- 5 p.m. Eastern / 7 a.m. \- 4 p.m. Central / 6 a.m. \- 3 p.m. Mountain / 5 a.m. \- 2 p.m. Pacific time
+ Closed on some holidays. TA will respond to after\-hours questions the next business day.

***Eligibility Requirements**** Must have the ability to pass a pre\-employment background check and drug screen
* High school diploma or equivalent
* One or more year of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
* Ability to work shifts within the center’s hours of operation:
+ Monday \- Friday
+ 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern / 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central / 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mountain / 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pacific time
+ *No weekends or late shifts!*
* Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive
***Nice to Have**** Experience in warranty administration and / or insurance claims
* Automotive dealership experience (e.g., service department, warranty administration)
***Remote Work Requirements**** Michigan resident
* Secluded and distraction\-free work environment
* *Required internet setup:*
+ High\-speed internet delivered through a wired provider (cable or fiber)
+ Computer must be physically connected to your modem / router using an Ethernet cable
+ Wireless, 5G and satellite connections are not supported
