**Position Overview** Pool City Inc. is seeking a Client Care Specialist to provide exceptional support to customers throughout their purchasing and service experience. This role is responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, order updates, service requests, and account\-related questions while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and enjoys helping customers find solutions. **Responsibilities** **Customer Support** * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and online platforms. * Assist customers with product, order, and account\-related questions. * Provide timely and accurate information regarding services and company offerings. * Maintain a professional and customer\-focused approach in all interactions. **Order \& Service Assistance** * Monitor customer orders and provide status updates. * Assist with delivery, service, and scheduling inquiries. * Coordinate communication regarding service requests and appointments. * Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when needed. **Client Experience** * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. * Assist in resolving customer concerns and complaints. * Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement. * Support customer retention and engagement initiatives. **Administrative Support** * Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. * Enter and update information within company systems. * Prepare reports and track customer interactions. * Assist with general administrative and operational tasks. **Qualifications** **Required** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call center operations, e\-commerce support, or administrative services. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment. * Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills. **Preferred** * Experience in retail, home services, e\-commerce, or customer support environments. * Experience with CRM or customer service software. * Scheduling or order management experience. * Previous remote work experience. **Skills** * Customer service * Communication * Problem\-solving * Organization * Time management * Data entry * Attention to detail * Relationship building * Multitasking * Adaptability Pay: $23\.51 \- $28\.31 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance Work Location: Remote
