Partnering with stakeholders in the business and technology to drive projects to completion.Essential Job Functions: Work with stakeholders to define project objectives and scopeDevelop and manage project schedule and budgetEngage with resource management to procure project team members and perform ongoing capacity planning and forecastingOrganize and lead project status and working meetingsPrepare and update project roadmaps and progress reports to keep stakeholders informed of project statusManage agile development ceremonies and remove any roadblocks to the development team’s workSupport the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverablesKeep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other resultsPromote and follow a defined project management process and implement best practices for Agile Project ManagementOther activities as may be assigned by your managerQualifications/ Requirements:Bachelors degree in Project Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperienced professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level role or external equivalent.Note: This job description is not intended to be all inclusive or exclusive. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
