We provide the raw assets and the creative vision, and we are looking for skilled editors to help us bring these wedding stories to life. **The Role** This is a **fully remote, fully asynchronous freelance retainer** position. We believe in providing our editors with a dependable flow of work without the constant hustle of finding new clients. Whether you are looking for a steady side income or a larger monthly commitment, this role offers complete geographic and temporal freedom. We handle all file handoffs and communication through Frame.io, meaning there are no fixed hours or timezone requirements. **What You’ll Be Doing** * **Core Deliverables:** Editing high\-end Wedding Highlight films (our most frequent request), along with Feature Films and Social Reels. * **Predictable Workload:** Taking on 1 to 4 delegated projects per month. Project delegation is completely customized based on your personal availability and volume preferences. * **Seamless Workflow:** Working within our dedicated, cloud\-based proxy workflow to ensure fast, high\-quality output. * **Brand Alignment:** Maintaining the distinct FoviMedia aesthetic: rhythmic, intentional, and heart\-led storytelling. * **Turnaround Times**: *Social Reels*: 3–5 business days , *Montage Videos*: 7–10 business days, *Wedding Highlights*: 10–14 business days, *Feature Films*: 14–21 business days **Compensation** * **Earnings:** This is a freelance retainer role with project\-based compensation. Depending on the volume of work you choose to take on and the specific projects assigned, the average expected pay can range from $600 to $3,200 or more per month. **Requirements** * **Experience:** A minimum of 1 year of professional wedding video editing experience.
