You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage the team backlog, refine requirements, and deliver value aligned with business needs and customer expectations.What We OfferCompetitive compensationSZÉP Card benefitsCompany health insuranceFlexible work schedulesAttractive PTO planEngaging employee programsHybrid/remote work flexibilityWhat You'll Be DoingCollaborate with Product Managers to ensure alignment between product vision, business strategy, and customer needsTranslate program backlog items into clear, actionable user stories for Agile teamsOwn and manage the team backlog, ensuring proper prioritization, refinement, and alignment with delivery timelinesWork closely with Agile teams to ensure requirements are well understood and correctly implementedDefine and maintain clear acceptance criteria and support acceptance testing activitiesSupport sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Program Increment (PI) planning activitiesAct as a key liaison between Product Management, SMEs, and Agile delivery teamsCollect and incorporate continuous feedback from stakeholders throughout the development lifecycleIdentify and manage dependencies across teams, working with Engineering, Architects, RTEs, and other Product OwnersSupport Agile teams with clarification, prioritization, and sequencing of workDrive delivery of value by ensuring continuous progress and high-quality output from the teamParticipate in Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint reviews, and demosMonitor delivery risks and communicate any issues or deviations to stakeholdersSupport release planning and coordination to ensure on-time and high-quality product deliveryContribute to improving processes, tools, and alignment across the Agile delivery lifecyclePromote consistent use of Clario systems, tools, and compliance with SOPsWhat You'll Be DoingBachelor’s degree in Business, Science, IT, or a related field3+ years of experience in Agile product or requirements delivery within a technology environmentProven experience in backlog management, user story creation, and requirements elicitationStrong understanding of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle, and delivery frameworksExperience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, UX, and Product ManagementFamiliarity with application lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira or similar)Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirementsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working in regulated environments (e.g., clinical, medical, or GxP) is a plusKnowledge of risk management, compliance frameworks, and quality standards is advantageousExperience with medical devices, data systems, or regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, CE, GCP) is a plusStrong problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in global, distributed teamsFluent in EnglishAt Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
