ShopConnect is hiring a B2B Business Development Representative to help identify, qualify, and schedule conversations with businesses that may benefit from lowering their card processing costs.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable speaking with business owners, operators, executives, and decision\-makers at high\-volume businesses, franchise groups, multi\-location companies, regional chains, tech companies, enterprise accounts, and established companies with meaningful payment volume.
This is a relationship\-driven business development role. The right person is professional, organized, confident with outreach, and able to build trust with decision\-makers.
WHAT SHOPCONNECT DOES
ShopConnect helps businesses lower their card processing costs without making them buy, install, or pay for new software. The software is free to use, there is no upfront cost for the review, no software subscription fee, no required POS switch, and no disruption to daily operations.
Businesses can continue using platforms they already know, including Toast, Square, Clover, Jobber, Clio, and many others. Our goal is simple: help businesses keep more of the money they already process.
Our team handles the payment review, technical setup, and closing process. Your role is to identify qualified businesses, start the conversation, and help schedule calls with the right decision\-makers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Identify businesses that process meaningful card payment volume
* Contact business owners, operators, executives, and decision\-makers
* Schedule qualified introductory calls for the ShopConnect team
* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified business prospects
* Follow up professionally by phone, email, LinkedIn, text, or in person
* Track outreach activity and communicate updates with the team
* Represent ShopConnect clearly and professionally
