You should be comfortable with schema design, indexing, and query tuning. Beyond the technical foundation, we're looking for someone with a genuine willingness to learn and the drive to keep growing. In this role, you'll get hands-on with PostgreSQL administration on AWS, work through real query performance problems, and help build infrastructure to scale alongside a growing company.
