You will have an amazing experience working with people of diverse backgrounds. one of the few Fintech firms in Singapore which holds a Major Payment Institution (MPI) license for cross-border settlements from the Monetary Authority Singapore (MAS). Responsibilities:Develop executable strategies to capture new market opportunities in an extremely dynamic and fast-moving industryConduct data-driven analysis of crypto/fintech industry, competitors, and ecosystem playersDevelop an understanding of key value drivers and how they evolve as the industry moves forwardBuild strong connections with industry players, start-ups, and investors to be at the forefront of new developmentsGenerating new revenue streams while delivering tailored crypto solutions for a wide variety of partners including banks, fintechs, merchants, crypto wallets/exchanges, and infrastructure providersNegotiating and executing comprehensive agreements with crypto companies and infrastructure partnersServing as a subject matter expert internally and externally, leading training for internal teams, and articulating Opals position on crypto to our clients and partnersTranslating emerging trends in crypto into opportunities for Opal and our clientsInfluencing and providing market feedback and knowledge sharing to cross-functional teams and executive leadershipScale emerging crypto product lines from initial proof of concept through go-to-market execution that spans pricing, strategy, deal structuring, and client supportIdentifying new crypto infrastructure partnerships, and investment or acquisition opportunitiesRequirements:12 years of experience in operating and business development roles across companies in fintech, payments, and financial servicesDemonstrated track record of building and managing businesses including expertise in setting go-to-market strategies and execution, pricing, managing budgets, generating and scaling revenue, and supporting clientsTrack record and expertise in structuring complex partnerships and legal agreementsAbility to successfully build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organizationPossess significant functional knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and players involved, including in-depth knowledge around permissionless blockchain technology as well as a deep understanding of existing retail payment solutionsExperience working with Fintechs and crypto wallets and exchanges, including specific experience partnering with crypto infrastructure providersStrong problem-solving skills and creativity to identify new opportunities/anticipate how crypto can impact neo-banking and payments ecosystemExpertise in explaining complex concepts and technologies to a broad audience of external and internal partnersAdvanced communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of an organizationPrevious experience in an operating role at a start-up or high growth companyMBA or advanced degree relevant to digital currency such as economics, computer science.Whats next?If youre interested in this role, click Apply To Position or drop an email to don@adstifysearch.comDon Chan Senior Consultant EA Personnel Number: R1763146EA License Number: 20C0292Originally posted on Himalayas
