Digital Paid Media Specialist (Europe) – Fully RemoteLocation: Europe (Remote)Company: Henry ScheinEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Digital Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize PPC campaigns across the EMEA region in a fast-paced, international environment. You will play a key role within the Digital Marketing & Revenue Acquisition team, directly impacting business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and Programmatic platformsMonitor daily performance of EMEA PPC campaigns and implement optimizationsLead Google Shopping campaigns, including optimization, expansion, and feed managementConduct regular account audits to identify growth opportunitiesAnalyze campaign data to generate insights and actionable recommendationsEnsure campaign strategies align with broader marketing objectives and brand guidelinesCreate ad copy and assets using AI tools where applicableCollaborate with the Analytics team to ensure accurate tracking and measurementReport on key KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate) and performance insightsManage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve targetsStay up to date with PPC best practices, platform updates, and emerging trendsSupport automation initiatives and AI-driven optimizationContribute to SEO and broader digital strategy discussionsAssist in building and optimizing HubSpot landing pages, including A/B testing and CRORequirements3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns (EMEA or international scope preferred)Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft AdsExperience with Google Analytics and Google Tag ManagerStrong analytical and data-driven mindsetExperience managing large budgets and multi-country campaignsExperience with landing page tools (HubSpot or similar)High level of English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plusGoogle Ads certification is a plusAgency experience is advantageous but not requiredKey CompetenciesDetail-oriented and performance-drivenProactive problem solver with a growth mindsetHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple marketsStrong collaboration and communication skills in multicultural environmentsCurious about new tools, automation, and AI-driven marketingStrategic thinker with the ability to see the big pictureEducationBachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)Additional InformationTravel: less than 10%Fully remote roleMust be eligible to work within the EUWhat We Offer100% remote workPermanent contractSalary: €45,000 gross fixed/year + €5,000 annual bonus based on performanceMeal voucher: €110/month (January to November)24 working days of vacation + December 24th + December 31st + your birthday offAccess to private health insurance (SANITAS) through flexible compensationTraining and career development planHenry Schein, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
