A county is studying source-separated organics for its composting facility.We confirm scope, schedule, and fee with you before any engagement begins.What you'll do Characterize organic waste streams and collection options Evaluate composting/anaerobic digestion technologies and facility capacity Build cost, revenue, and market analyses Review permitting and recommend implementation Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming Apply to be considered.RequirementsRequired At least 5 years of professional experience in solid waste or organics management planning Composting or organics facility feasibility experience Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant Nice to have- NYSDEC Part 360/361 experience- PE- US Composting Council certificationOriginally posted on Himalayas
