Part-Time Pre‑Contract Admin Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a fully remote position, offering excellent flexibility and full training. You will play a key role in supporting the Pre‑Contract team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks, quantification work, and tender compilation.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Pre‑Contract team
Assist with quantification tasks and tender documentation
Maintain accurate records and ensure high levels of data quality
Communicate effectively with colleagues to support smooth workflow
Manage your workload independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Essential Skills & Requirements• High school diploma or equivalentHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills• Confident communicator• A proactive team player)Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
