CMA 3 - On Demand Care

St. Luke’s Health System is growing and has a new and exciting opportunity with our On Demand Virtual Care team. We are looking for an experienced MA to assist providers in a remote capacity to call patients and pharmacies as well as other back office duties so providers can focus on offering the best patient care. **What You Can Expect:*** On Demand providers are available 7 days a week (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) to address common symptoms and support patient needs * Assist patients in establishing care through New Patient Welcome Visits * Provide remote support to providers, helping streamline daily workflows * Complete outbound calls to patients and pharmacies along with other back\-office administrative tasks * Work a schedule of 4 days per week, including 1 weekend shift per month **Qualifications:** Education * High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: * 1 year of CMA experience Certifications * Current BLS\-CPR Certification from the American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association or American Red Cross * Current recognized National Certification as a Medical Assistant from one of the following: NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, or NHA
