Join our team and make a difference in patient care.About the RoleYou are a PM on the Clinical Strategy, enabling providers to elevate the patient experience while giving them more time to focus on care. You will work with your product team, stakeholders, and customers to build our product across a large, nationwide network of clinicians. Your impact will not only be seen in the lives of the patients who receive timely and adequate care but also in the way our healthcare system operates by increasing digital connectivity across the system.What You'll DoProduct Strategy and ResearchWork with current and potential partners to aid in customer research, business development, feedback collection, and product planning for your roadmapDefine product release slices for Clinician experience that optimize for time to valueMeasure and analyze the product success/fail metrics in your product area and align them to our overall business goalsProduct Development DeliveryAlign your balanced product team on a clear strategy and prioritize work in progress to maximize user outcomes, customer satisfaction and business growthBuild artifacts that help unify the organization (roadmaps, product briefs, etc.)Supports your team through the product build and launch processManage milestones and deliverables to maximize time to valueHelp define and measure success metricsDefine methods for customer feedback loopsTeam and Stakeholder CollaborationWork with customers and external stakeholders to develop solutionsCollaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop and get products to marketCoordinate across the organization, customers, and partners to articulate and execute product decisionsWho You AreCommunication & Collaboration: An excellent communicator, presenting ideas clearly and succinctly, and highly collaborative, working with diverse stakeholders to create alignment around product vision and prioritization.Results-Oriented & Analytical: You can look at problems and create solutions from high-level goals that drive real business impact to ground-level execution. You are analytical, using data to clarify decisions wherever possible.Strategic & User-Focused: Great at prioritizing in a complex healthcare landscape. You build the right thing, with a bias towards delivering customer value based on goals and metrics.Experienced: You have 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 4 years working on clinician-facing experiences.Ambiguity & Risk Management: You have past successes driving software products forward, ideally at a startup. You cut through ambiguity, comfortable taking calculated risks and making decisions under uncertainty.Travel: You are located within the United States and are willing to travel to customer sites and/or conferences (1-2 trips per quarter).Nice to HaveBachelor’s Degree in a technical, scientific, or quantitative field, or equivalent experienceA background in healthcare, and knowledge of healthcare complexityExperience in a fast-paced startup environmentWho You Aren’tYou're not a solo act.
