Salesforce Administrator (CPQ & Billing)

About the RoleWe're looking for a Salesforce Administrator with hands-on CPQ and Billing experience to support a Salesforce Org that has just gone live. You'll be responsible for configuration, troubleshooting, and day-to-day admin across Salesforce Sales, Service, CPQ and Billing. Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Billing is strongly preferred.This is a fully remote contract (B2B), open to candidates based in the European Union.What You'll Be DoingConfigure and maintain Salesforce CPQ (product rules, price rules, quote templates, approval workflows)Manage Salesforce Billing setup including billing schedules, invoice runs, revenue recognition, and payment processingHandle user management, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rulesBuild and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views for sales and finance teamsCreate and optimise Flows, validation rules, and process automationTroubleshoot CPQ and Billing issues across quoting, contracting, ordering, and invoicingSupport data imports, deduplication, and data quality maintenanceWork with developers and architects on integration touchpoints and custom requirementsManage sandbox environments, deployments, and change setsWhat We're Looking For3+ years of Salesforce Administration experienceHands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (product configuration, pricing, quoting workflows)Hands-on experience with Salesforce Billing (invoice generation, billing schedules, payment integration)Salesforce Administrator certification requiredSolid understanding of the quote-to-cash lifecycleExperience with Flows, validation rules, and declarative automationComfortable working with data tools (Data Loader, Workbench, or similar)Based in the European Union with legal right to work as a contractor/B2BNice to HaveSalesforce CPQ Specialist certificationExposure to integrations with ERP or payment platformsExperience working in a multi-currency, multi-entity environmentAdditional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder)Originally posted on Himalayas
