Job Description
**Overview**
Join our dynamic human resources team as a Human Resources Specialist, where you will play a vital role in shaping our organization’s workforce and fostering a positive, compliant, and productive work environment. This energetic position offers the opportunity to lead strategic HR initiatives, manage employee relations, and support talent development efforts across the company. You will be at the forefront of implementing HR policies, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring our practices align with employment laws and organizational goals.
**Responsibilities**
* Manage end\-to\-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities such as employee orientation and training programs.
* Oversee human capital management functions, including benefits administration, payroll processing using systems like Workday or ADP, and workers' compensation claims.
* Facilitate employee evaluation processes, performance management cycles, and succession planning to support career development and organizational growth.
* Ensure compliance with employment \& labor law standards, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements while maintaining accurate data collection and reporting.
* Lead change management initiatives by designing organization structures, supporting workforce management strategies, and executing projects related to HRIS (Human Resources Information System) updates such as Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.
* Promote positive employee relations through conflict management, communication skills enhancement, and implementing employee engagement programs.
* Support HR sourcing efforts by utilizing social media management tools like Salesforce or iCIMS to attract top talent and maintain a strong employer brand.
**Qualifications**
* Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration.
* Strong knowledge of human capital management practices along with familiarity with employment \& labor law compliance standards.
* Hands\-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or Ceridian is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills coupled with project management capabilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Ability to navigate complex organizational changes using change management strategies and organization design principles.
* Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with integrity while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and record keeping.
