Backed by world-class investors, we are on track to be one of the few cash flow positive, tech-enabled unicorns based out of Singapore.RequirementsWe are looking for a payroll executive that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes.Mission: The mission of a Payroll Executive is to ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payroll for multiple client organisations. They are responsible for managing payroll data, processing payroll transactions, addressing clients’ queries, and ensuring that all payroll activities adhere to labour and tax regulatory standards in Singapore. The role requires a strong focus on detail, client service, and efficiency to deliver seamless payroll solutions to clients while maintaining high standards of customer service, confidentiality, and operational efficiency. Outcomes: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Singapore’s payroll regulations and processes: Able to articulate and apply appropriate regulations in preparing payroll reports, and 100% familiarisation with payroll processes and systems in processing clients’ payroll and income tax, from the third month onwardsClient satisfaction: Consistently achieve a high level of client satisfaction through prompt and accurate reporting and problem resolution.High gross profitability of payroll services: Consistently ensure that their portfolio value and profit margin maintains a high gross profitability set by SleekEnsure that the agreed payroll deadlines for all clients are based on given service level agreements (SLAs) and statutory requirements: Ensure that 100% payroll, CPF and income tax are completed by agreed deadlines.100% team collaboration and communication: Effective communication and collaboration with team members, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.To succeed in this role,you have at least 2 years of payroll processing experience, ideally in an outsourced environment, and are based in the Philippines or India. Reporting to the Payroll Manager at Sleek Singapore, you will manage payroll for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and confident in payroll operations and statutory requirements. Position Duties: Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy across salaries, benefits, bonuses, deductions, and tax computations. Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory filings, including CPF contributions, Annual Income Tax Returns, IR21 Tax Clearance, S45 Withholding Tax, and other regulatory requirements. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their payroll needs and delivering excellent service that drives client satisfaction and retention. Proactively identify and resolve payroll discrepancies or issues, escalating complex matters to the Payroll Manager when necessary. Stay up to date with the latest labour laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements to ensure full compliance in all payroll activities. Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date payroll records in line with legal and company standards. Handle sensitive payroll and financial data with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity, ensuring data protection at all times. Uphold professional standards and ensure strict adherence to client confidentiality and compliance requirements.Performance Standard: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
