We strive to attract and retain employees by offering competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package (including retirement) and promotional opportunities.SummaryThe Business Development Associate-StratoSight is responsible for originating and converting net-new enterprise opportunities for StratoSight’s drone-based inspection and asset intelligence services. This role is focused on outbound prospecting, account-based selling, and new logo acquisition across large industrial, commercial, and critical infrastructure portfolios.Success in this role is defined by consistent pipeline creation, disciplined qualification, and the ability to translate asset performance risk, hidden defects, and energy inefficiencies into compelling, ROI-driven inspection and lifecycle service engagements.Primary DutiesOwn net-new logo acquisition through high-volume, targeted outbound prospecting across enterprise facility owners, operators, and portfolio managers.Build and advance a qualified pipeline of StratoSight inspection and analytics opportunities from first contact through contract execution.Identify asset condition, reliability, and lifecycle cost risks within large-roof and critical facility portfolios and position StratoSight as a strategic inspection and decision-support partner.Lead enterprise discovery with Directors, VPs, and C-suite stakeholders across facilities, engineering, operations, sustainability, and finance.Drive multi-site and multi-year inspection programs by expanding from initial pilot engagements into broader portfolio deployments.Leverage internal operations, technology, and analytics teams to shape differentiated solutions, deliver quantified ROI, and support commercial strategy.Maintain strict activity discipline, including outbound metrics, CRM hygiene, and forecast accuracy.Own early-stage deal strategy, qualification, and competitive positioning through handoff to account or delivery teams as applicable.NAES SafeSafety is a core value of NAES and as a condition of employment, all employees are expected to be mentally alert and work safely at all times. Effectiveness in carrying out this responsibility is part of the evaluation of each employee’s performance.Working RelationshipsReports to the VP, Business Development and has no direct reports.CompensationThe initial compensation range is $84,300 - $97,000Education and Experience:5+ years of experience in enterprise business development, new logo sales, or consultative B2B selling.Proven track record of outbound-driven pipeline creation and closed-won revenue.Experience selling technology-enabled inspection services, facilities services, industrial services, or asset performance solutions preferred.Strong financial acumen with the ability to articulate ROI, risk reduction, and lifecycle value.Comfort operating in technical sales environments with long, complex buying cycles.Experience managing pipeline and activity through a CRM-driven sales process.Bachelor’s degree preferred.Specific Skills and KnowledgeExcellent written and verbal skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate with clients and throughout all levels of the organization.Excellent interpersonal, organizational and process skills.Ability to work within preset deadlines and establish work priorities involving multiple.Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite required. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus.Able to work independently and as part of a team in a multitask-oriented environment.Physical Requirements and Working ConditionsAbility to sit for long periods of time and to handle long periods of screen time.Normal working hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
