This is a hands-on technical role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and successful delivery of our migration activities, providing expert Meraki network support across defined shift patterns.Contract DetailsContract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)Start Date: ImmediateEnd Date: End of June 2026Salary: £35,000 Full-Time Equivalent (pro-rated for contract duration)Location: UK RemoteWorking Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 9.25 hours per day🕒 Shift Patterns: 2 engineers will start at 6:00am | 2 engineers will start at 7:00pmWhat You’ll Be DoingProviding technical support for network migration activities across Meraki environments
Troubleshooting and resolving network issues during migration windows
Monitoring network performance and stability throughout migration phases
Collaborating with internal project teams and third-party stakeholders to coordinate migration tasks
Documenting technical processes, configurations, and incident resolutions
Escalating complex issues where appropriate, ensuring minimal disruption to customers
Maintaining clear communication with the project team during your shift
What We’re Looking For3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Meraki network environments – this is essential
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (switching, routing, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls)
Experience working within migration or transformation projects is highly desirable
Ability to troubleshoot under pressure and communicate technical issues clearly
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Available to commit to a Monday–Thursday shift pattern from immediate start through to end of June 2026
Flexibility to work either an early (6:00am) or late (7:00pm) start shift
