Clinical Supervisor - OR - LPC or LCSW - Remote**MUST live in OR, WA, ID, or UT and be licensed within the state of Oregon. As a clinician-founded and clinician-led organization, we offer the tools, support, and community you need to build a fulfilling, long-term career.About the JobProvision of clinical supervision to an assigned group of Resident Talk Therapists who provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling in an outpatient setting for a diverse caseload that can include adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families. Key ResponsibilitiesProvision of supervision to a minimum of six (6) resident clinicians. Provision of weekly group supervision. Provision of individual supervision to each resident clinician for every 15 clinical hours. This would equate to a minimum of 7 hours/week for a supervisor, which varies depending on the Resident caseload size.Willing to maintain a clinical caseload of seeing clients 15-25 sessions per week (no supervision only)Willingness to provide documentation oversightCoaching on professional and clinical development of the resident clinicianCompletion of weekly documentation as evidence of supervision sessions.Completion of coaching documentation regarding any disciplinary or performance concerns.Collaboration with the Regional Clinical Director regarding any performance issues.QualificationsIndividuals who enjoy being a part of a team and working together to professionally developStrong character matters - integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care to name a fewAbility to be appropriately assertive in coaching residents on professional and clinical goalsActive license in good standing and residing within the state in which supervision will be providedMeets state regulatory requirements for the provision of supervision to include maintaining required license and certifications necessary to provide supervision to license-in-process individuals, those already approved by their state board for supervision preferredActive credentialing with the required Incident-to panels within the state where supervision will be providedSupervisor Requirements for LPC or LCSW in ORLPC(OAR 833-130-0050; OAR 833-050-0081)Must hold an active Oregon LPC license in good standing.Must have been licensed for at least two (2) years beyond initial licensure.Must have completed a minimum of 30 clock hours of post-master’s supervision training from an approved source.Training must include core areas such as supervision theory, methods, ethics, multicultural issues, and evaluation.Must have passed the Oregon Law and Rules Exam.Must be listed on the Board’s Supervisor Registry (as an Approved Supervisor or Supervisor Candidate).Must be competent in the population and clinical methods used by the associate.Must not be related to, in a romantic relationship with, or have a dual-relationship conflict with the associate.LCSWMust be an Oregon-licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing.Must have held an active LCSW license for at least 2 years before beginning supervision.Must have at least 15 hours of training or continuing education in supervision methods prior to supervising.Must complete 6 hours of supervision-specific CE every 5 years to remain eligible to supervise.Must have passed the Oregon Laws and Rules Exam within the previous 5 years.Must be competent in the clinical areas and populations the CSWA will serve.Must not have a dual or conflicting relationship with the CSWA (no family, romantic, financial, or therapeutic relationships).May supervise only the number of CSWAs they can responsibly oversee (no fixed numeric cap, but workload must allow adequate supervision).Must be able to directly observe, review, and evaluate the CSWA’s work.Compensation for clinical caseload and SupervisionFor Clinical Caseload: Clinician will receive Fee For Service rates with bonus potential (ex. 90837 could be $55.85 to $64.79 depending on caseload)For Supervision: Provider will be compensated at a rate of fifty-five dollars and seventy-three cents ($55.73) per Group Supervision session and seventy-two dollars and forty-four ($72.44) per Individual Supervision session. In the event that the 90837-session code compensation is greater than the individual supervision rate, the 90837 rate (vs code) will be used.
