We’re looking for a highly analytical **Financial Operations Manager** for a manufacturing tech company. This person will build, own, and strengthen the financial and operational reporting infrastructure of a growing multi\-entity business. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating order, accuracy, and visibility across complex systems. You’ll play a critical role in connecting accounting, payroll, compensation frameworks, and operational performance metrics so leadership has clear, reliable data to drive decisions. You will oversee EBITDA reporting, accounting infrastructure, payroll execution, financial compliance, and performance\-based compensation systems. This is a high\-impact opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in fast\-paced environments and enjoys turning complexity into clarity. **What You’ll Do:** **Financial Reporting \& Operational Performance** * Own the company’s financial and operational reporting infrastructure, ensuring reporting is accurate, timely, and transparent * Manage and maintain the Monthly EBITDA Bridge and support the reporting processes tied to Operational Business Results (OBRs) * Deliver and track key financial and operational metrics that support company performance * Update and distribute the Strategic Levers Scorecard every Monday * Deliver the Monthly EBITDA Bridge by the 5th business day of each month * Support leadership with financial projections, insights, and reporting analysis **Accounting Operations \& Financial Accuracy** * Manage the Chart of Accounts in a GAAP accrual environment across both SaaS and manufacturing entities * Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy across all financial systems * Accurately allocate prepaid expenses and complex revenue across accounting periods * Manage manufacturing COGS and inventory valuation * Maintain 100% accuracy in account coding and financial classifications * Ensure strong data flow between CRM systems, proprietary software, and QuickBooks Online * Oversee external bookkeepers and ensure daily account reconciliation standards are met **Compensation Logic, Auditing \& Compliance** * Maintain and audit performance\-based compensation systems to ensure they function accurately * Audit OBR evidence across departments to support compensation and performance decisions * Apply the Capability Rubric to determine employee base pay positioning * Administer the quarterly OBR\-gating process tied to EBITDA\-linked bonus eligibility * Facilitate semi\-annual Evidence\-Based Performance Snapshots to support updates to the Weighted Base Index **Payroll, AP/AR \& HR\-Related Financial Operations** * Execute bi\-weekly payroll with accuracy and compliance * Manage payroll and HR\-related financial processes across the organization * Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions * Implement and maintain modern bill payment systems * Ensure payroll, tax, and regulatory compliance across financial operations **What
