Job Description

**Job Title:** Technical Project Manager III **Job Summary:** Project Manager has responsibilities for leading projects and/or programs on a day\-to\-day basis. This includes creation of project plans, business cases, design strategies, resource allocation, budget and forecast management, cross\-organizational coordination, vendor management, executive communication/reporting, and critical issue resolution and escalations. Proof of US citizenship is required for this opportunity. This role can be hybrid or remote. **Duties/Responsibilities:** * Diligently monitor project progress using work plan and project plan tools * Act as the main point of contact for account ownership and have a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s industry environment, pain points, and strategic plan for technical services * Prepare documentation and lead client steering committee meetings * Apply risk mitigation strategies to the project plan to ensure overall project success * Coordinate with all appropriate project stakeholder groups and personnel to ensure excellent delivery of projects * Provide all necessary data for tracking, planning and project evaluation to ensure data accuracy in project management tools * Establishes, plans, and executes major milestone/deliverable reviews and decision gates to complete the project life cycle. Ensures all required deliverables are produced and reviewed, including the technical leadership of requirements management, design, implementation, verification, test, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and maintenance of the technical solution. * Nurture client/stakeholder partnership to ensure overall satisfaction with the project * Set up issue tracking structure and project boards to facilitate efficient and accurate project status reporting. * Effectively communicate project status and issues to management and present options for issue resolution * Work closely with project team to effectively understand project progress and manage project tasks * Analyze project risks and inefficiencies and recommend improvements * Ensure project meets the expected budgetary and scheduling guidelines * Ensure business case accurately reflects costs and is updated as changes occur; Usher the business case through the approval process and adhere to all standard procedures * Enforce change management practices to meet project timelines and client expectations * Actively participates in the development of new business; performs market research; contributes to the development of proposals; meets with prospective new clients. * Participates in the recruitment and mentoring of more junior Project Managers and other staff. * Provides process improvement recommendations and proactively shares lessons learned based on best practices and industry standards. * Other duties as assigned. **Required Skills/Abilities:** * Ability to manage projects with little supervision and provide status and issues to executives and upp
