Role OverviewJoin CoachHub as a Customer Success Manager for a 12-month fixed-term role covering a period of parental leave. You will take ownership of an established, hands-on portfolio across mixed tiers, keeping it healthy and progressing, protecting any renewals landing during the year, and handing the relationships back in strong shape when the permanent CSM returns.What You Will DoOwn an established portfolio, own value realisation end to end, keep adoption and value on track, catch and coordinate, run practical reviews, and hand back cleanly.Why It Might Be a FitThis is a strong fit for a capable CS operator who takes pride in running a clean book and being the dependable point of contact clients trust.Requirements3-4+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role, ideally within a technology-enabled services or HR-tech environmentA track record of holding retention and keeping accounts healthyStrong self-organisation and comfort managing a mixed book across tiers and touch levels without dropping ballsA practical, data-literate approachEnglish fluency (native-level or full business proficiency), with French a strong forte that will set you apart.
