Write user guides, API references, tutorials, and release notes for a technical biotech audience. **What You'll Do** ------------------ * Write and maintain user guides, API references, tutorials, and quickstart guides for the TeselaGen platform * Document AI agent capabilities, configuration options, and best practices * Create release notes and changelog entries for each product release * Develop onboarding materials and training content for new customers * Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand features and translate them into clear documentation * Maintain and improve the documentation site structure, search, and navigation * Review and edit technical content created by other team members * Gather feedback from users and support teams to continuously improve docs **What We're Looking For** -------------------------- * 2\+ years of technical writing experience for software products or APIs * Excellent English writing skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly * Experience with documentation tools and platforms (e.g., Docusaurus, GitBook, Confluence, Markdown) * Familiarity with APIs (REST, GraphQL) and ability to read code examples * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy * Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation projects * Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a scientific field **Nice to Have** ---------------- * Background in biology, bioinformatics, or scientific communication * Experience writing for a developer audience (SDK docs, CLI guides) * Familiarity with version control (Git) and docs\-as\-code workflows * Experience creating video tutorials or interactive documentation **What We Offer** ----------------- * Competitive salary * Fully remote with flexible hours * Health insurance and wellness benefits * Professional development budget * Work with cutting\-edge AI and biotech products * Collaborative and supportive team environment ### **Interested in this role?** We'd love to hear from you.
