Who The Client Is: We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding lighting wholesaler dedicated to exclusively servicing lighting contractors across Australia. Role Overview: Support an Australian lighting design team producing lighting calculations and technical documentation for commercial projects using DIALux Evo and AutoCAD.This role requires a knowledgeable technical professional who can confidently work within established Australian lighting compliance workflows. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and modifying lighting calculation models and layoutsProducing accurate technical reports and supporting documentationReviewing architectural and electrical plansEnsuring designs align with applicable Australian standards and project requirementsRequired Skills and Qualifications:Demonstrated experience producing lighting calculations for Australian commercial projectsFamiliarity with the Australian National Construction Code (NCC)Advanced proficiency in DIALux Evo and solid AutoCAD skillsAbility to confidently read and interpret architectural and electrical plansHigh attention to detail and strong written English communicationAbility to work independently and raise technical queries when clarification is requiredPreferredExperience supporting Australian electrical contractors, consultants, or lighting wholesalersFamiliarity with Revit, SketchUp, AGi32, Relux, & Photometric Toolbox softwareExperience working remotely within Australian business hours Important Notes:This is a technical production role working under supervision.Long-term opportunity with a growing Australian businessDirect collaboration with the in-house design team Work Arrangement & Expectations:This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
