Karthik Consulting is seeking five Mid\-Level Software Testers to support testing and quality assurance activities for a complex enterprise Payroll application in a fully remote, U.S.\-based role.

### **Testing Scope**
Testers will validate software functionality, support test planning and execution, document results, identify defects, and ensure compliance with USPS Technology Solution Life Cycle standards.
### **What You’ll Do**
As a Mid\-Level Tester, you will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to validate software functionality and ensure compliance with established quality standards.
### **Responsibilities**
* Define, document, analyze, execute, and interpret system integration tests for a complex Payroll software application.
* Review business and user requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
* Create and maintain test data required for testing activities.
* Transform test plans into detailed, repeatable test scripts.
* Execute test scripts and document results within tracking and reporting systems.
* Analyze test outcomes, identify defects, document findings, and provide recommendations supported by test evidence.
* Ensure testing procedures and results comply with USPS Technology Solution Life Cycle (TSLC) standards.
* Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and validate resolutions.
