The Vice President, US Vaccines Contracting Strategy is a highly visible enterprise leadership role responsible for shaping and leading the contracting strategy for the full U.S. Vaccines portfolio, spanning inline brands and pipeline assets across all channels (ie, retail, GPO, IDN, etc).This leader will set the strategic direction for how Pfizer designs, evaluates, negotiates, and governs contracting approaches that expand patient access, strengthen customer partnerships, support launch excellence, optimize gross-to-net performance, and deliver sustainable business growth. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 30.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
