Our story is more than just a story of technology – it’s a story of vision, growth, and transformation that has shaped the past and continues to pave the way for the future. **About the Role:** Dynanet is seeking a Program Manager to serve as designated Key Personnel on an upcoming federal health agency program providing enterprise agile tooling, DevSecOps platform services, service desk operations, and software asset management. The program delivers the shared agile and DevSecOps platform, tooling, service desk, and software licensing foundation used by a large portfolio of delivery teams that build and operate high\-traffic public\-facing websites and their supporting systems. The Program Manager is the single accountable leader across all program task areas and the principal interface to the client's contracting representative, product managers, and partner contractors. Success in this role is an integration outcome rather than a task\-completion outcome. It is measured by whether the client experiences the program as one coordinated effort rather than a set of independent workstreams, and by measurable results against jointly defined Objectives and Key Results. **Roles \& Responsibilities:** * Serve as the accountable leader across all program task areas \- program management and collaboration, agile project management, DevOps and DevSecOps platform operations, tools management, service desk, and software and license management \- ensuring alignment of schedules, dependencies, data, and design decisions. * Act as the principal point of contact to the client's contracting representative and to product and program managers, demonstrating responsiveness and professionalism in all coordination with client leadership. * Establish and maintain a collaborative digital workspace using client\-approved tools that gives stakeholders real\-time visibility into
