About the roleAs a Senior Engineering Manager on the Growth team at AllTrails, you will lead a high-impact engineering team focused on helping more people discover value in AllTrails, convert to paid subscriptions, and stay engaged over time. This team sits at the intersection of product, engineering, analytics, design, and experimentation, and plays a critical role in how we grow our member base and business.We’re looking for a thoughtful, technically credible leader who knows how to build healthy, high-performing teams and turn ambiguous product opportunities into durable systems, strong execution, and measurable business results.
