Sales & Communications Specialist: Smart Glasses for Low Vision

**About Innovega** Innovega is developing Smart Glasses for the low vision population: lightweight glasses that help people with moderate to severe low vision make better use of the vision they still have. A camera captures the world in front of the wearer, the image is enhanced in real time, and adjustable zoom, brightness, and contrast bring details back within reach. Our Smart Glasses are now available for preorder, and we need a thoughtful communicator to help the people who reach out to us. **What you will do** * Answer calls, texts, emails, and social messages about our Smart Glasses from people with low vision, their families, and eye\-care professionals * Listen first: learn what someone can see today, which tools already help, and what they want to do again * Answer questions about each person's specific vision condition by explaining, in plain and accurate language, how the Smart Glasses work with the vision they have * Handle one\-on\-one consultations, close sales with good\-fit prospects, and tell people kindly and clearly when the glasses are unlikely to help * Work our existing warm leads, and build new outreach into communities that specialize in low vision * Partner with our team to identify the right low\-vision markets, then build and run a direct\-to\-consumer plan to reach them (support groups, community organizations, events, and online communities) * Follow up with leads and keep every conversation logged in our CRM * Route medical, technical, and account questions to the right teammate **Who you are** * A warm, clear communicator on the phone and in writing * A fast learner who stays accurate and never guesses at facts * Experienced talking with people managing a health condition or disability (healthcare, low\-vision services, hearing aids, medical equipment, disability advocacy, or similar) * Patient, respectful, and comfortable with people who use screen readers, large print, or voice\-first communication * Organized and self\-directed in a remote role * Bonus: personal or family experience with low vision, CRM experience (GoHighLevel a plus), or Spanish fluency * A self\-starter who enjoys building community relationships and can turn them into a repeatable outreach plan **Compensation** $19 to $25 per hour plus commission on completed sales.
