Test Automation Lead (Playwright)

**Job Overview** We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Tester with hands\-on experience in Playwright to join our team on a long\-term remote contract. The ideal candidate will have strong automation skills, deep understanding of modern testing frameworks, and the ability to work independently in a distributed environment **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * **3–6\+ years** of experience in QA Automation lead. * **2\+ years of hands‑on experience with Playwright** (JavaScript/TypeScript or Python). * Strong knowledge of Web UI automation and cross\-browser testing. * Experience with API testing (RestAssured, Postman, Playwright API, etc.) * Good understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC. * Experience with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket). * Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). * Solid understanding of XPath, selectors, and DOM structure. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Pay: $45\.00 \- $50\.00 per hour Experience: * Test automation: 10 years (Preferred) * Playwright: 3 years (Preferred) * Azure: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
