As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing and placement.What you'll be doingProactively build and manage a pipeline of clients across a range of industries.Engage with and consult clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored talent solutionsSource and screen high-quality candidates to match client requirementsManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviewing, shortlisting and successfully placing candidatesMaintain and expand your professional network to continuously identify new business opportunitiesAchieve and exceed individual and team sales targetsContribute to the overall growth and development of the businessWhat we're looking forMinimum 1 Year of experience in a recruitment or sales role, preferably in the human resources and recruitment industryProven track record of successful candidate placements and client engagementStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidatesDriven, resilient, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectivelyProficiency in using recruitment-related software and toolsWhat we offer We provide a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
