**Job Overview** We're hiring Account Managers to help us scale a fast\-growing digital marketing agency. This role is for a digital marketing generalist who presents well on calls, has strong judgment, and can run client campaigns using our SOP\-driven, AI\-assisted delivery system. We strongly prefer candidates with 5\+ years of experience as a client\-facing Account Manager / Client Success Manager at a digital marketing agency (or similar). You should be confident leading calls, asking smart questions about a client's business, and discussing strategy. **THE KIND OF PERSON WHO THRIVES HERE** You'll do well in this role if you're someone who is: * Confident in communication (especially on video calls) * Confident leading client calls (discovery, check\-ins, and strategy conversations) * Impeccable in English (written and spoken) * Coach\-able and open\-minded (we have a specific way of doing things) * Decisive and accountable (you make calls, own mistakes fast, and keep momentum) * A fast learner who likes variety (you want to grow and take on more responsibility over time) * Highly organized (you naturally turn messy work into clear next steps) * Quality\-minded (you can tell when something is "client\-ready" vs. "needs work") **AI / LLM PROFICIENCY (NON\-NEGOTIABLE)** This is a hard requirement. Our delivery system relies heavily on AI, so Account Managers must be highly proficient with large language models. You should: * Use AI daily as part of your work (not "occasionally") * Be confident writing prompts, iterating quickly, and getting reliable outputs * Understand how to QA AI\-generated work for accuracy, tone, and business relevance * Stay current on new AI tools and workflows on your own * Genuinely value prompting and AI workflow design as a real professional skill **E\-COMMERCE AND SHOPIFY EXPERIENCE (NON\-NEGOTIABLE)** We work with e\-commerce clients, and you need to be comfortable in that world. This doesn't mean you need to be a developer, but you do need to know your way around Shopify and understand how e\-commerce brands think about marketing. You should: * Have hands\-on experience doing marketing or account management for e\-commerce brands * Know how to find what you're looking for in Shopify (products, pages, collections, analytics, apps, theme editor) * Understand how e\-commerce businesses measure performance (conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, traffic by channel) * Be able to have a credible strategic conversation with an e\-commerce client about their goals You may also work with WordPress sites and other platforms, but Shopify familiarity is a baseline requirement for this role. **WHAT YOU NEED EXPERIENCE WITH (NON\-NEGOTIABLES)** You don't need to be a veteran marketer, but you do need the fundamentals: * Some experience in digital marketing (agency, in\-house, or freelance/contractor work) and an interest in learning more * Comfort with basic SEO concepts and how websites drive leads * Ability to log into
