Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to support patient care, scheduling, insurance coordination, and follow-up activities. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience while coordinating communication between patients, providers, and insurance companies.
