### **The Opportunity**
The **Copywriter** is a versatile, concept\-driven individual responsible for developing engaging, on\-brand content across a wide range of paid and owned channels. This role requires a strong writer who can translate strategy into creative, on\-brand messaging while managing multiple deliverables in a fast\-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll partner closely with designers, product owners, marketing and PR teams to develop messaging that is engaging, consumer\-focused and performance\-driven.
### **The Work Itself**
* Write and edit creative, engaging and on\-brand content for a variety of mediums and channels, including paid media, organic and paid social, digital experiences, email, blogs and long\-form content, and video and audio scripts.
* Use AI\-powered tools to support ideation, drafting, content variation, personalization, optimization and performance testing while maintaining strong human judgement, brand alignment and creative quality.
* Collaborate with cross\-functional teammates and stakeholders to translate creative briefs and campaign strategies into persuasive messaging and concepts.
* Adapt messaging for different audience segments and stages of the customer journey.
* Maintain consistency in tone, voice and messaging in alignment with brand standards.
* Contribute ideas during brainstorming and concept development sessions.
* Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining attention to detail.
* Use data and performance insights to inform and optimize future copy and creative testing.
* Present and articulate creative approach and rationale to internal partners as needed.
